SmartPTT are proud to announce the new release of SmartPTT Dispatch Software with a number of brand new unique features powering Mototrbo with dispatch and bridging functionality, as never before.

Major Features Implemented in the Release:-

Direct connection to Capacity Plus - SmartPTT Enterprise is now specially adjusted to provide dispatch control over Capacity Plus. All voice and data are collected from Capacity Plus by means of directly IP connection to the master repeater. Outgoing commands and voice calls are done through the pool of control stations connected to the server providing effective workload balancing for high volume Capacity Plus systems.
Custom consoles - Now you decide how the dispatcher console will look like. By means of embedded Console Designer you can design an unlimited number of consoles which will suit you the best. Custom console can contain visual buttons of variable size and placement assigned to subscriber or groups to do voice calls and other operations.
Routing service for IP Site Connect - SmartPTT routing service plays as the site controller to interconnect IP Site Connect systems into single radio network providing selective group calls routing based on routing rules and dynamic individual call routing.

Brighton Marathon 2011

Servicom supported the Brighton Marathon 2011 in providing radio communications and received positive feedback on the performance of the radios supplied.

Servicom Supported the Himalayan Expedition 2010 with Mototrbo Radio Equipment

Servicom supported the Himalayan Expedition 2010 in providing radio communications and received positive feedback on the performance of the Mototrbo radios supplied.

The team commented: 'The Motorola DP3400 and DP3600 VHF radios provided by Servicom were issued to each team member. A remoted VOX box attached to the radio enabled the handset to be stored inside the duvet jacket or rucksack thus keeping the radio and lithium ion battery warm. The radios performed outstandingly well and provided communications in topography which should have proved problematic, this involved complex glaciers, steep valleys and undulating terrain. The digital handsets provided some excellent features and clarity of speech'.
